Laura Granger, Masters Level Clinical Intern

Hello! My name is Laura, and I am a master’s student in Clinical Counseling at the University of

Wisconsin-Superior. For over a decade, I have worked in the healing arts as an energy healing

practitioner and yoga teacher. This work has deepened my understanding of the importance of safety and connection in supporting an individual's growth and healing. I am thrilled to bring this perspective into my role as a clinical intern.

I believe we all possess the tools within ourselves to heal and grow, but we often need safe

spaces and supportive relationships to explore and reconnect with our authentic selves. In my

work, I take a holistic, body-centered approach to healing, integrating mindfulness, deep

listening, and somatic exploration. I aim to help you uncover insights, discover your strengths,

and embrace change at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy is a collaborative journey into the depths of our humanness, where we learn to

navigate challenges, build resilience, and connect more fully with ourselves and others. I trust in

your potential to create meaningful change, no matter where you are in life. I would be honored
