My name is Lindsay Matti, I am licensed in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Clinical Supervisor. I am also licensed in Wisconsin as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW). I received my undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior and Master of Social Work degree from The College of St. Scholastica.
I work with adults of all ages, providing individual and couples therapy since 2016. I use a variety of therapeutic methods to best support your individual needs.
I have experience in treating a variety of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, parenting stressors, work stressors, and life stressors. In addition to the clinical approaches listed below, I utilize various tools to help heal from childhood trauma, including healing from Emotionally Immature Parents, healing from shame, and healing from not feeling “good enough.”
Life can be hard and there are enough critical voices in our lives. Our work together can help to make sure that yours is not one of them. I support your individual healing process by providing a safe environment to help empower you to live your best life.
