Hi, I’m Sara Davis (she/her), a Licensed Graduate Social Worker dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming therapy. I received my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the College of St. Scholastica, and my approach is grounded in a strengths-based, solution-focused, and person-centered philosophy. I believe therapy should be tailored to you, so I work collaboratively to find the right fit in both pace and approach.
I have experience supporting a wide range of clients, including college students, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people who have experienced trauma, and those living with serious and persistent mental illness. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and connection can happen.
My work is informed by cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment theory, relational-cultural therapy (RCT), and polyvagal and somatic-based approaches. I integrate these modalities flexibly, depending on what best fits your needs and strengths. Whether you're hoping to reduce distress, improve your relationships, or reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.
