I am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) in the state of Minnesota. I earned my bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of Alaska in 2013 and my master’s Degree of Social Work from the University of Arlington Texas in 2016.
My experience is diverse, working with children, adults and families throughout Texas, California and Minnesota. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, combining both traditional and non-traditional psychotherapuetic treatments to find balance in the physical, mental and spiritual interdependent areas of well-being. I currently work with adults in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, self discovery, couples, family therapy and bereavement. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which combines the power of eye movements, Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery to treat many mental health problems such as OCD, Eating Disorders, Generalized Anxiety, Depressive Disorders, PTSD and phobias in as little as one session.
I specialize in holding a supportive and judgment-free space that allows individuals to find healing in their own ability to self reflect and tap into their inner strengths and gifts.

ART is a technique rooted in existing evidence-based therapies that provides rapid relief from distressful trauma symptoms, anxiety, and other issues. ART is used to treat betrayal trauma, PTSD, and many other forms of trauma. Clients suffering from other mental health challenges can experience remarkable benefits. Some of these challenges include: Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Grief & Loss, Family Issues, and Phobias.
ART works by temporarily reactivating the traumatic memory using relaxing eye movements. When the memory is accessed it can be permanently changed using ART's protocols and techniques. While the client knows that the changes are not the actual memory, it provides a new start for the client. The clients Trigger Origin is changed or removed which provides rapid emotional relief. ART's motto is to keep the knowledge and lose the pain. Once the session is complete, you will still have the facts of the memory, but you will lose the painful images, emotions, and sensations that were once a part of the memory.
