Hi! My name is Zoё. I am a pre-licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Life is filled with challenges and you don't have to go it alone. When we work together, you can expect a safe place where you will be heard and validated, a place where you are comfortable exploring your strengths, building resilience, becoming empowered, and finding balance. I believe healing happens in safe spaces. I also understand that people are more than the problems they are experiencing. I support and guide individuals, couples, families, and adolescents who are navigating life’s challenges.
If you are feeling anxious and overwhelmed and want to talk about your experiences, I am here to listen and provide support. I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns that include trauma, anxiety, and grief.
Everyone has strengths that can help them heal. It’s one reason I take a strengths-based approach to therapy. I help clients understand and build on their strengths as they work through issues. There is power in vulnerability, healthy connections, and creating liberating experiences that support self-empowerment.
I love dogs and recognize the healing power of nature. I am an avid kayaker and hiker, who recently began mountain biking.
